SAFETY COPS
SAFETY COPS offers services locally to state, local agencies
and groups that are interested in assisting seniors to safely stay at home as they age.
Services include:
. Provide seniors with assistance in making their homes safe
. Eliminating risky chores that often lead to injuries
. Providing emergency assistance to seniors in disaster situations
. Adding safety and security measures to veterans in their homes including improving lighting, eliminating trip hazards, and keeping seniors off ladders
. “Age In Place Safely” is our goal for seniors
